Approval from management is required for the utilization of the previous Holiday Entitlement.

Kindly note that we can only reserve one (1) unit per membership. Typically, it is not permissible to request two (2) or more rooms on the same date using your Holiday Entitlement.

Also, please be informed that our hotel does not have a swimming pool. If you plan to bring a car, pay parking options are available at Ayala Malls Greenbelt, both during the day and overnight, with corresponding fees. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any fees or damages that may occur to your vehicle while parked in this area.

Smoking and bringing of small appliances such as rice cooker or cooking stove are not allowed. Furthermore, the hotel does not have a swimming pool and a gym. Also, there is only limited parking space available.
